exhaust q?

wats the quietest exhaust, like low and deep? i like the HKS HI-POWER, all the vids ive seen, its been really quiet. so, i was wondering what yall think the quietest exhaust is for a NA KA with an intake?

I've got the HKS hypermax and it sounded quiet on a turbo car and is quite loud on an NA.

Get a 2.5" pipe and put a Magnaflow muffler on it along with a large resonator. It'd be quiet.

i have that exhaust. not ultra low not super high, not super expensive. I like it a lot

EDIT: my resonator was removed and it still sounds great

Any turbo exhaust will be loud on an NA car..

Why? Because the turbo isn't there to absorb most of the noise...

Keep your pipe size under 2.5 and it will help keep the db levels down...

Also, the farther forward in the pipe you put the muffler, the less you will sound like a Honda...

Usually as long as the exhaust has a resonator its quiet

quiet as in DB level or quiet as in.. high pitch? Cause my exhaust like henry's (apexi dual n1) is quiet in the since it's low and deep, but they are loud. My exhuast is just a 2.5" pipe with basically a glass pack on it. If you put an acutally muffler on it.. i'm sure it'd be alot quieter, but your gonna loose some flow. We should have a sound clip of my exhuast later this week. you can hear henry's under pics/vids i believe.
