For some reason some people think drifting originated in Japan. The Japanese only gave a name to something that REAL cars (RWD cars) naturally do. Europeans (REAL drivers) drive like this naturally and it shouldnt be any different for us. Just learn to control your damn car because its no big deal.

Also notice how the onlookers are very trusting of their skilled drivers. They stand half in the street while a race car charging at 90+mph passes them by a couple of feet. Gotta love Europe...

Only very young kids(which is normal) and morons(people who should know better) THINK that drifting was discovered by the japanese, however they did start the competitions and yes the style of driving was tagged "drifting".

nice, not sure that I have enough faith in the drivers to stand by the road or park my car there...I dunno
